Look at the protruding steel. If someone accidentally fall on it, it can cause fatality. So, anybody seeing this object should turn the poking steel downward.

Remember this: COMPLY the Safety Regulation, INTERVENE and remind others and RESPECT others just like you want to be respected. This is the golden RULE.
